Our Position on Labor Unions

DMMI is committed to creating policies and programs that are designed to meet associate needs in areas such as associate development and career growth, compensation, safety and security on the job, fair and equal treatment, and open communication. We are also strongly committed to doing everything possible to maintain job security for our associates.

We believe in, and practice, the team approach in all areas of our operation. We are all part of the same team, one that will work together and win together. Since we work closely together, there is an opportunity for misunderstanding, mistakes and complaints. However, we have made a sincere commitment to open-door communications. If a problem arises, we encourage you to meet one-on-one with your direct supervisor, manager or member of Human Resources to discuss and resolve it.

We firmly believe that we can resolve differences by our own efforts, without the involvement of an outside third party such as a labor union. The key ingredient, which is critical for success, is TRUST.
